This includes amending relevant laws, allowing companies to officially import gold, establishing customs regulations, and overseeing the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control through inspection and marking. He has also streamlined procedures, opened branches within official ports of entry, and transitioned from the old money transfer system to a more robust banking system, overcoming obstacles with his meticulous attention. Thanks are also due to the Central Bank and the Trade Bank of Iraq, along with all their staff, who work to serve the country and its citizens. Therefore, we must express our gratitude and appreciation to this genuine Iraqi, to him and to all those working with him. I also urge myself, my fellow business owners, and all goldsmiths to seize this opportunity, which has been absent for two decades, during which this profession has not received such attention and care. My brothers, I urge you to adhere to the laws and regulations that govern the work and to preserve the reputation of this profession. Uphold your reputation as a jeweler first and foremost, and the reputation of the profession secondly. Avoid any pitfalls that neither you nor the profession can afford. I also urge you not to accept intruders and newcomers who attempt to sabotage and tamper with the country's resources, and those with vast capital and illicit gains for their personal interests at the expense of this profession and the nation.
